Our Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase, completely. If your order isn’t quite right, we offer free returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Step Two

Request a Return

Click here to login to your account, select the order and request a return.

Step Three

Bag it Up

Simply place it back in its original packaging or a secure bag to protect it during transit. Make sure all tags, labels, and accessories are included, and seal the package.

Step Four

Print Your Label

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a courier label, which you should print and attach to your package.

Step Five

Hand it Over

Once your return is packed and labeled, hand it over to the courier at the scheduled pickup time. Make sure the courier scans the package label so your return is tracked.

Step Six

Select Your Option

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You will then have the option for a refund or to exchange the item.

Are all items eligible for return?

No. Items marked as "Sale" or discounted purchases are not eligible for return.

How long do I have to return an item?

Returns must be initiated with 14 days of receiving your order.

Do I need a receipt or proof of purchase?

No. Your purchase will be shown in your account.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on orders below R1,500 - which are charged at R120.

Can I exchange my item instead of returning it?

Yes you can!

What if the item is defective or damaged?

Please contact us immediately, we will replace the item or issue a full refund.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes, once you initiate a Return you can select individual items.

What happens if my return is lost in transit?

Royale Athleisure is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Can I change my mind after placing an order?

Yes you can however, refunds to your original payment method will incur a R120 shipping deduction.
