Refund policy
At Royale Athletics, we want every piece you wear to feel like it was made for you. If your order isn't quite right, we make returns and refunds simple, secure and fair.
Returns Eligibility
- Items must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unwashed and with tags.
- Returns must be initiated with 14 days of receiving your order.
- Free returns apply to store credit only.
- Items marked as "Sale" or discounted purchases are not eligible for return.
- Only one free return per order applies.
- Personalised or custom-made items may not be eligible for return.
- Gift Cards are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on orders below R1,500, which are charged at R120.
- Royale Athleisure is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refund Options
- Store Credit - receive the full value of your return as store credit. No fees or deductions.
- Original Payment Refund - refunds to your original payment method will incur a R120 shipping deduction.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@royaleathletics.co.za
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
