Shipping policy
Our shipping policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for all orders shipped through our company. We strive to provide a reliable and efficient service for all our customers.
SHIPPING AREAS:
We offer to ship to most areas within South Africa. We will notify you if we cannot ship to your location.
SHIPPING TIME:
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-5 business days after receiving payment. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the location and order volume.
SHIPPING FEES:
Shipping fees are a set fee of R105.00 for all orders below R1,000. All orders over R1,000 are free of charge. The shipping fee will be calculated and added to your order at checkout.
SHIPPING METHODS:
We offer standard shipping with a local courier service provider.
SHIPPING TRACKING:
We provide tracking for all orders shipped through our company. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track the shipping status of your order.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION:
We require a signature upon delivery to ensure your order has been received. If you are unavailable at delivery, our courier will leave a delivery notification with further instructions.
SHIPPING RETURNS:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately to arrange a return and replacement. We do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used.
SHIPPING CANCELLATIONS:
If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us immediately. If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel the shipping.
